Sheet Pan Pancakes

This classic sheet pan pancake recipe is so delicous! Prep now for a yummy breakfast or freeze for later! These pancakes are a lifesaver on a busy morning when you and your family need a good meal.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate Chips (Optional topping)
  • Blueberries (Optional topping)
  • Chopped apple (Optional topping)
  • Chopped Strawberries (Optional topping)
  • Dried Cranberries (Optional topping)
  • Cinnamon (Optional topping)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Melt the butter and set it aside to cool.

3. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla.

4. Spray sheet pan with oil, make sure to get the sides!

5. Dump the batter into the pan and top with desired toppings.

6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

7. Cut into squares and let cool.

8. To freeze wrap squares in plastic wrap and then put into a freezer bag or glass freezer container.

REHEATING:

9. Simply pop a few in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until they are warmed through and enjoy!

Notes

DAIRY-FREE ALTERNATIVE:

- Swap for your favorite dairy-free safe milk alternative. Use slightly less since they are usually a little thinner than normal milk.

GLUTEN-FREE ALTERNATIVE:

- Swap for gluten-free flour, we prefer King Arthur!
