S'mores Pie
Ingredients
- 1 Graham cracker pie crust
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup Mini marshmallows (Not in Bag)
Instructions
PREPARING:
1. Melt butter.
2. Mix melted butter with sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, and vegetable oil or melted coconut oil.
3. Mix unsweetened cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, salt together, then add in the butter mixture.
4. Fold in chocolate chips and pour mixture into 1 graham cracker pie crust.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and foil and freeze. (Note: You can choose to cook now at 350°F for 40 minutes. Let cool then cover with plastic wrap and foil and freeze.)
COOKING:
6. Thaw ahead overnight or bake from frozen.
7. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 40 minutes thawed or 1 hour from frozen.
8. Take out of the oven then add marshmallows on top bake for 3-5 minutes until melty and toasted to your liking.
9. Let cool for at least 40 minutes to let the pie set, then enjoy!
REHEATING FROM PRE-COOKED:
10. For cooking after if it is precooked thaw it ahead of time and bake at 350°F for about 10-15 minutes to toast the marshmallows or from frozen bake for 30 minutes or until fully thawed and then an additional 10 minutes to toast the marshmallows.

-Swap graham cracker pie crust for gluten free pie crust or -Swap flour for gluten free kind! (I like using the King Arthur brand)
DAIRY-FREE ALTERNATIVE:
-Swap chocolate chips for your favorite dairy free kind! (We prefer the Enjoy Life brand) -Swap butter for your favorite dairy free kind! (I like to use Country Crock Plant Butter for this!)
