This freezer-friendly bacon ranch pasta salad is the perfect cold lunch or dinner! Prep this and eat it now or freeze it for later. This recipe is super easy to make and seriously delicious!

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 3 oz Bacon bits
- 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1 package Ranch seasoning
- 2 cup Cooked shredded chicken (Shredded or diced)
NOT IN BAG:
- 1 lb rotini or bowtie pasta
Instructions
PREPARING:
Halve cherry tomatoes add to the bag.
In a bowl mix together shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, dry ranch seasoning and set aside.
Add chicken and bacon bits to the bag.
Pour sauce mixture into the bag and seal. Give the bag a good shake to distribute the sauce.
COOKING:
Thaw bag overnight in the fridge or for a few hours in cold water.
Cook pasta according to package instructions and immediately rinse with cold water.
Mix bag contents with the pasta and enjoy!
Notes
-Swap pasta for your favorite gluten-free kind!
-Swap cheese for your favorite dairy-free kind or skip it for this recipe and it’ll still taste great!
-Swap out the packet of ranch seasoning for 1 cup of dairy-free ranch and 1/2 cup mayo and leave out the sour cream!
-Instead of buying pre-cooked chicken you can also buy 2 lb uncooked chicken and cook in your preferred way for this recipe!
