Hibachi Chicken Sheet Pan

Hibachi Chicken Sheet Pan

  • 2 lb Chicken breast
  • 2 cup Frozen sliced carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 cup Frozen broccoli
  • 8 oz Mushrooms (Sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 10 clove Minced garlic
  • 4 tbsp Ginger paste

1. Dice chicken and add to the bag.

2. Slice the onion into long strips and add to the bag.

3. Add carrots, broccoli, and mushrooms to the bag.

4. Mix soy sauce, hoisin, garlic cloves, and ginger paste in a bowl then dump into a bag.

5. Give the whole bag a good shake to distribute sauce then seal!

6. Thaw overnight in the fridge or in a bowl of cold water for a few hours before cooking.

7. Preheat oven to 400°.

8. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper then dump the bag and spread evenly over the pan.

9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and enjoy!

I like to make some white rice while this is cooking to serve along with the meal. If you’d like to make this with fried rice I’d suggest making the rice the day before and then preparing it while the sheet pan cooks!
